If you would like to extend your stay, you have the option of arranging a paid late check-out directly with the hotel, subject to availability. After checking out, hotel offers complimentary lockers and showers at the Convention Center, allowing you to freshen up or change before heading to the airport.

DRESS CODE

We recommend to wear business casual attire, keeping in mind that you're by the beach. Please consider the possibility of a light, cool breeze in the evenings, so we suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl for added comfort.

We would love to capture a great group picture at the end of our conference and therefore we kindly ask you to join us for the Xcaret Dinner and Show and wear something with white or/and red/coral attire! This is a suggestion but not a requirement.
